Momentum is seeking a proactive and results-driven Estate Planning Consultant to join our Sales Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, advising clients on wills and estate planning solutions, and guiding them through the entire process with professionalism and expertise.
This role requires strong consultative sales skills, excellent relationship management abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences while achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the Legal Services division.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their estate planning requirements and provide suitable wills and related legal solutions.
- Educate clients on the importance of estate planning, wills, guardianship provisions, and asset protection strategies.
- Guide clients through the end-to-end wills and estate planning process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Follow up on leads, conduct consultations, and convert prospects into clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Momentum’s legal services and estate planning offerings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal legal and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve client engagement, sales processes, and service offerings.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in consultative sales, legal services, financial services, insurance, wealth management, or a related client-facing role.
- Experience in wills, estate planning, legal advisory services, or similar sectors is highly preferred.
- Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Non-Negotiable Skills And Must-Haves
- Proven track record in sales with demonstrated success in converting leads into clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales planning and pipeline management capabilities.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with clients discussing sensitive estate planning matters.
- Experience using CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales records.
