Job Summary

The ERP Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing functional and technical support for ERP systems, coordinating user requests, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day ERP operations.

The role acts as a key link between end-users, technical teams, and ERP consultants to ensure effective system performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for ERP system users and resolve functional issues
  • Coordinate and track ERP support tickets from initiation to resolution
  • Assist users with system navigation, data entry, and module usage
  • Escalate complex technical issues to developers or senior ERP consultants
  • Monitor ERP system performance and report recurring issues
  • Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and system testing activities
  • Maintain documentation of ERP processes, user guides, and troubleshooting steps
  • Conduct basic user training sessions and onboarding support
  • Ensure data accuracy and system integrity across ERP modules
  • Collaborate with finance, HR, procurement, and operations teams using ERP systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in ERP systems support or similar technical coordination role
  • Understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Inventory, or Procurement
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Knowledge of business processes across finance, HR, or supply chain
  • Basic understanding of SQL or system reporting tools
  • Experience in IT helpdesk or application support environments
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
