Job Summary
The ERP Support Executive will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for the organization’s ERP system across multiple departments.
This role requires a strong understanding of cross-functional business processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with finance, HR, procurement, operations, and IT teams to ensure smooth system functionality and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level and second-level support for ERP system users across departments
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with IT and external vendors for system upgrades, patches, and bug fixes
- Support ERP modules including Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, and Operations
- Assist in ERP implementation, customization, and enhancement projects
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals/documentation
- Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions in line with company policies
- Generate reports and dashboards as required by management
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation projects
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in ERP support with exposure to cross-functional departments
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Strong understanding of business processes across finance, HR, supply chain, and operations
- Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, and reporting tools is an advantage
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
