Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an ERP Manager - Odoo Implementor based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The ERP Manager will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and management of the Odoo ERP system to enhance business processes.
Daily responsibilities include analyzing business needs, configuring Odoo solutions, providing technical support, training end-users, and ensuring system performance.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to project timelines are essential components of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems, specifically implementation and configuration of Odoo
- Proficiency in functional analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering
- Knowledge of programming, scripting, and database management related to system development
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and systems integration capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with teams and training end-users
- Time management and organizational skills to ensure project deadlines are met
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a consulting environment or project management certification is a plus
- Familiarity with business operations in sectors like manufacturing, retail, or finance is advantageous
