About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced F&O Dynamics ERP Manager to oversee the implementation, maintenance, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
The candidate will work closely with business departments to improve operational efficiency, manage ERP projects, and ensure smooth system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) ERP system.
- Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, integrations, and customization projects.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, procurement, HR, and other departments to understand business requirements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within the ERP environment.
- Manage user access, training, and technical support.
- Work with vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams.
- Prepare system reports and support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain ERP documentation, workflows, and procedures.
- Ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Strong knowledge of ERP implementation and business processes.
- Experience in finance, supply chain, inventory, or operations modules.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications are preferred.
- Experience in ERP integrations and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or related technologies is an advantage.
Experience
- 5+ years of ERP management experience.
- 3+ years specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
