Urgently seeking an experienced / technically qualified ERP Functional Consultant to lead and manage ERP-related projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and managing ERP, HRMS, or CAFM projects in **contracting domains from vendors perspective.**
Background in software development / consultancy environments preferred.
This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding and a proven experience with ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for ERP/HRMS/CAFM implementations.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage **project timelines, scope, and resource allocation**.
- Work closely with development and support teams.
- Ensure adherence to project delivery standards and best practices.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software project management from vendors perspective.
- **Strong Microsoft SQL experience**
- Strong experience in ERP / HRMS / FMS with workflow/process automation exposure.
- Strong expertise in **ERP Functional Testing** (Finance & HRMS), including Accounting, GL, AP, AR, JV Processing, Payroll, Financial Reporting, UAT, Defect Tracking, Data Validation/Reconciliation, and Analytical Problem-Solving skills.
- Hands-on experience in workflow design, approvals, and business process mapping.
- Strong technical background in software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in a software consultancy or development firm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Valid UAE Driving License** .
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
