Overview
Urgently seeking an experienced / technically qualified Deliverable Manager to lead and manage ERP-related projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and managing ERP / HRMS projects in **contracting domains** from **vendors perspective**.
Background in software development / consultancy environments preferred.
This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding and a proven experience with ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for **ERP / HRMS implementations**.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage **project timelines, scope, and resource allocation**.
- Work closely with development and support teams.
- Ensure adherence to **project delivery** standards and best practices.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular **project status updates** to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in software project management from vendors perspective.
- Strong experience in **ERP / HRMS** / FMS with workflow/process automation exposure.
- Hands-on experience in **workflow design**, approvals, and business process mapping.
- Strong technical background in software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- üExperience working in a **software consultancy or development firm**.
- Ability to **lead and manage team**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- **Valid UAE Driving License** (Mandatory).
- Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
