Job Description
- Assist in documenting and mapping existing business processes and systems.
- Support on Business requirement gathering & analysis.
- Support on day to day systems issues.
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas.
- Support the collection and documentation of ERP system requirements from end
- users.
- Assist with ERP system testing and user feedback gathering during minor upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define ERP system requirements aligned with
- business objectives.
- Identify process gaps and propose practical solutions with measurable impact.
- work with Oracle team for issue resolution and enhancement discussions.
- Present and demonstrate improved ERP frameworks to stakeholders, focusing on
- cost savings and efficiency.
- Contribute to ERP project planning, including timelines, priorities, and key milestones.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
