ERP Business Analyst

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and reconcile business requirements through stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Analyze and improve processes; identify system gaps and recommend solutions, primarily for Infor LN and related applications.
• Maintain requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, test cases, and other project documentation.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and IT teams to align requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute system testing; support business users during UAT.
• Train end users and support teams on processes, enhancements, and project deliverables.
• Provide post-implementation support and Tier 3 troubleshooting for Infor LN and other ERP applications.

Critical capabilities

• Hands-on experience supporting and administering Infor LN, including troubleshooting, configuration, and application support.
• Knowledge of one or more of Finance, Discrete Manufacturing, Engineer-to-Order Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or Service Management.
• Understanding of SDLC and business analysis best practices; experience with Agile and project delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication, teamwork, facilitation, organization, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in English and ability to translate complex business requirements into practical system solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a technical discipline related to Engineering or IT.
• 3+ years of experience working with Infor LN.
• 4+ years as a technical business analyst or application specialist is preferred.
• 4+ years of process improvement, data, or technology project experience is a strong asset.
• Infor Baan IV, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, or ProAlpha ERP experience is an asset.

Compensation

• Pay range: CAD 95,000–CAD 120,000; cadence is not stated.
