- Provide support during the ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Assist in troubleshooting ERP issues and resolving system-related problems.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports to support business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance ERP functionalities.
- Support end-users by providing training and functional assistance as needed.
- Document processes, updates, and workflows related to the ERP system.
- ***Requirements:***
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration in construction industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (ePromis, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Proficient in SQL and database management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
