Job Opportunity: Equity Trader – SCA Licensed (Abu Dhabi/Dubai)

Job Summary

Al Ramz Capital L.L.C is seeking a Trader to join our growing team.

This role will run and execute trading activities and ensure that all trading activities are in line with the prescribed standards, policies and procedures of the business and the regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Trading**
  • Focusing on key and high value accounts, shall be responsible for the purchase or sale of securities, writing orders for stock purchase and sales, recording and verifying stock transactions, accepting and delivering securities, tracking stock price fluctuations, keeping records of daily transactions etc.
  • **Quality management**
  • Provide a consistent, high quality trading service for the business and meet/exceed the targets. Determine market trends and ensure the trading plans and strategies are implemented to maximize return to the business and its clients.
  • **Report Management / Reporting**
  • Prepare and maintain reports summarizing daily transactions and earnings for individual customer accounts on each transaction basis. Prepare and coordinate transfer and delivery of share certificates between companies, departments and customers. Maintain reports on total holdings, interest, brokerage fees and commissions to the Head of HNW & Retail Brokerage on a regular basis.
  • **Adherence to law**
  • Ensure that all trading activities are within regulatory requirements. Adhere to internal processes and procedures of trading. Verify the identity of each customer before any order is executed. Record all the transaction information and ensure that frauds or chances of errors are minimized, if not eliminated.
  • Competencies or Skills:

Functional

Financial and stock market trading business knowledge, good knowledge of derivatives and exposure to SCA, DFM/ADX regulations and compliance.
