About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Equipment Sales Manager to lead and expand our market presence in Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, securing high-value contracts, and managing relationships with key clients, contractors, and project developers across the Kingdom.
The role includes sale of construction lab equipment, consumables, safety equipment and other local market needs.
Role requirements:
Proven Success
Min. 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the lab. equipment, machinery, or technical tools sector.
Leadership Edge: At least 2+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing field sales teams.
Local Expertise: Strong existing network of contractors and procurement decision-makers within Saudi Arabia.
Education
Degree in Engineering, Business, or marketing (Technical background is a huge plus).
Communication: Flawless English and Arabic communication skills to negotiate complex, high-value contracts.
