Position Overview
We are seeking a **Heavy Equipment Sales Manager** to lead our sales operations and expand market presence.
This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in heavy equipment sales, client relationship management, and market development.
The Heavy Equipment Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies, manage key accounts, and ensure Hyundai D-Ground LLC continues to thrive in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for heavy equipment products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across construction, mining, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in heavy equipment sales or industrial machinery.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment products, applications, and industry standards.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.
