Support maintenance and daily operation of Epic Resolute Professional Billing and related revenue cycle applications.
Work with senior analysts and operational users to troubleshoot issues, update builds, test functionality, and support billing workflows.
Contribute to optimization efforts without independently owning system design or large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Epic Resolute Professional Billing components, including credit card payment support and basic billing configuration, under senior analyst direction.
- Support insurance follow-up workqueues and identify simple workflow improvements.
- Test new functionality and upgrades, document results, and report issues.
- Translate operational needs into service requests or minor configuration updates.
- Maintain Epic Master File entries and routine provider, facility, payer, and reimbursement information.
- Support operational users with charge review, claim edits, workqueues, reporting, and registration or scheduling workflows affecting billing.
- Assist with small projects, documentation, user communications, and simple build tasks.
- Follow ITIL and change-control processes and maintain related documentation.
- Troubleshoot application issues, conduct initial analysis, and escalate complex problems.
- Identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities for process discussions.
Compensation
- Listed salary range is $70,000–$100,000 per year.
