Responsibilities
- Analyze denial trends, causes, and overturn rates to develop prevention and reimbursement strategies.
- Monitor payer denial trends and escalate significant changes to leadership.
- Prepare denial information for AR management and present findings and recovery options at management and clinical meetings.
- Work with AR management and clinical departments to develop action plans.
- Use BI dashboards to identify denial and AR opportunities; create reports, visualizations, and denial management metrics.
- Respond to data requests and provide accurate, timely analysis for decision-making and process improvement.
- Support billing and compliance activities with department managerial and executive staff.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with an interest in healthcare operational efficiency.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and provide accurate, timely data analysis.
Compensation
- The stated salary range is USD 70,000–95,000 per year.
