Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or a related scientific discipline (completed or in progress).
• Relevant internship, research, or academic project experience involving environmental investigation, water or wastewater treatment, sustainability, or ecological conservation (0–2 years).
• Strong interest in environmental remediation, field investigations, treatment systems, and environmental compliance.
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to learn field sampling methods, equipment operation, and environmental data collection procedures.
• Ability to perform essential field duties, including walking on uneven terrain, lifting and carrying field equipment, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to wear and use required PPE.
• Ability to travel to work sites, including overnight travel.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work on federal contracts.
• Completion of 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools) to support technical communication, analytical tasks, research, and efficient project execution. Upon hire, employees are expected to use these tools in accordance with approved company guidelines.
