Overview
As the
Ehs Manager
, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing environmental, health, and safety policies across the organization.
You will ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards while promoting a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EHS strategies, policies, and procedures across the organization
- Ensure compliance with KSA environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections across operations
- Monitor EHS performance and prepare reports for senior management
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Oversee environmental management, waste control, and sustainability initiatives
- Deliver EHS training and awareness programs to employees and contractors
- Collaborate with operations, HR, and leadership teams to embed EHS standards
- Manage external audits and coordinate with regulatory authorities when required
