Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our manufacturing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maintain product excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Monitor manufacturing activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify, document, and report quality issues and non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain quality control records, reports, and inspection documentation.
- Support internal audits and quality improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in developing and updating quality control processes and work instructions.
