About the role
The employer is seeking baristas to prepare handmade coffee and deliver quality customer experiences and service.
The role may include customer-facing work, food preparation, or operational support within a collaborative team.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty items.
- Greet customers, take orders, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems safely and efficiently.
- Follow health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support smooth daily operations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Desirable skills and experience
- Previous barista or café experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of cash handling and POS systems is desirable.
- The employer values creating positive guest experiences, making recommendations, and supporting operations.
