Compensation & Growth

• Starting Pay: $24.00/hour total ($23.00 base + $1.00 shift differential).
• 6-Month Raise: Earn an extra $1.00/hour after a standard competency assessment.

• Infrequent pushing/pulling of cart
• Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
• Standing/walking up to 8 hours per shift

• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $23 - $24/hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
