Role Description
This is a full-time, off-site role for an Entrepreneur in Residence.
The Entrepreneur in Residence will collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with TerraDew Ventures' mission.
Responsibilities
include identifying new business opportunities, conducting feasibility analyses, leading innovative projects, building partnerships, and ensuring the alignment of business goals with sustainability objectives.
Additional duties may include mentoring teams, refining business models, and driving impactful, scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Strategic Thinking and Business Development: Ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities and create innovative, sustainable solutions.
- Project Management and Leadership: Proven experience managing projects, leading teams, and executing complex initiatives from concept to completion.
- Market Research and Feasibility Analysis: Expertise in conducting thorough analyses to validate ideas and align them with market opportunities.
- Partnership Building and Communication: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build networks and maintain constructive relationships.
- Knowledge of Sustainability and Regenerative Practices: A deep understanding of sustainable development principles, including designing eco-friendly infrastructures and promoting environmental restoration.
- Academic and Professional Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Urban Development, or a related field. An advanced degree or prior experience in entrepreneurial ventures is a plus.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Capacity to overcome challenges with innovative thinking, adaptability, and data-driven decision-making.
