Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate viable business opportunities aligned with market demand
- Develop comprehensive business plans, financial models, and go-to-market strategies
- Lead company setup, licensing, and operational structuring
- Establish and oversee day-to-day business operations
- Develop systems, processes, and operational frameworks
- Ensure effective resource allocation and cost optimization
- Drive sales, partnerships, and customer acquisition initiatives
- Identify growth opportunities and scale business operations
- Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and profitability
- Recruit, train, and lead high-performing teams
- Build a strong entrepreneurial and performance-driven culture
- Manage internal teams and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with investment partners and advisors
- Provide regular business updates and performance reports
- Ensure alignment with strategic goals and investment objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–10+ years of experience in business management, startups, or relevant industries
- Prior entrepreneurial or startup experience is highly preferred
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Excellent business planning and financial management skills
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
