RECEPTIONIST (Male)

We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and represent the company in a positive and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors professionally
• Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
• Handle inquiries and provide basic company information
• Manage appointments and meeting schedules
• Maintain visitor logs and front desk records
• Ensure reception area is clean and organized
• Coordinate with internal departments when needed

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Presentable, confident, and professional appearance
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
