Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, responsible, and safety-focused Track Marshalls to join our team at NO Grip DXB.
The Track Marshall plays an important role in ensuring smooth track operations, maintaining safety standards, and assisting guests during activities and events.
Responsibilities
- Monitor track activities and ensure safety procedures are followed
- Guide and assist guests before and during sessions
- Manage track flow and maintain order during operations
- Respond quickly to incidents or emergencies on the track
- Help prepare and maintain equipment and track areas
- Provide excellent customer service and a welcoming environment
- Coordinate with pit staff and management during events and busy periods
Requirements
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and active
- Responsible, punctual, and attentive to safety
- Previous motorsport, karting, or track experience is an advantage
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings
