Role Overview
- The Entertainment Manager & Choreographer leads the creative vision and execution of world-class entertainment experiences, shaping distinctive performances that captivate audiences and elevate the destination’s identity.
- This role is instrumental in curating dynamic, ever-evolving concepts that seamlessly blend artistry, culture, and innovation.
- **Key Responsibilities*** Conceptualize and choreograph **bespoke performances and immersive shows**, ensuring each experience is unique, refined, and aligned with the seasonal vision.
- Curate and oversee **end-to-end entertainment programs**, from creative development to live execution.
- Lead and inspire a diverse roster of **international performers and talent**, maintaining exceptional artistic standards.
- Orchestrate **rehearsals, staging, and live operations** to deliver flawless, high-impact performances.
- Collaborate closely with creative, production, and design teams to integrate **music, costume, lighting, and spatial storytelling** into cohesive experiences.
- Continuously evolve concepts through **innovation and reinvention**, ensuring each season introduces fresh narratives and elevated guest experiences.
- Oversee **entertainment logistics, budgets, and talent management**, ensuring operational excellence.
- Uphold the highest standards of **quality, safety, and cultural sensitivity** across all performances.
- **Profile & Expertise*** Established experience in **high-end entertainment, choreography, or creative direction** within luxury or large-scale events.
- Good global networks of entertainers and talent.
- Strong artistic sensibility with the ability to translate **concept into immersive reality**.
