About This Role
The Mission
6 Percent More Delivery is a fast-scaling, technology-driven enterprise logistics and high-velocity distribution network reshaping fulfillment ecosystems across the GCC.
Operating from our technology center in Lusail Marina, we are searching for an Enterprise Solutions Architect to design and govern our end-to-end technical infrastructure.
In this senior role, you will bridge the gap between high-level business expansion strategies and complex software architectures, ensuring our high-frequency dispatch engines, warehouse management layers, and localized API networks remain resilient, hyper-scalable, and secure under massive transactional loads.
Primary Directives
- Architect, model, and oversee the evolution of enterprise-grade software systems, microservices architectures, and cloud infrastructure frameworks.
- Define corporate blueprint standards for integration layers, real-time data streaming pipelines, and secure third-party enterprise API connections.
- Partner with engineering leads, product managers, and corporate stakeholders to translate long-term business goals into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Evaluate, select, and govern enterprise technologies, managing vendor relations, system redundancies, and technical debt.
- Enforce strict system security protocols, cloud governance models, and data protection strategies across all distributed delivery networks.
The Criteria
- 8 to 12 years of progressive software engineering and system design experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to a formal Solutions Architect role within a high-volume tech, logistics, e-commerce, or enterprise software company.
- Expert command of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), modern microservices architectures, event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Thorough mastery of database optimization methodologies, caching mechanisms, and system performance tuning under extreme concurrent user volumes.
- A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent advanced technical discipline; relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, TOGAF) are highly valued.
