Role Overview

CNTXT AI is a UAE-based AI and data company operating at the intersection of enterprise AI adoption and the data infrastructure that makes it possible.

Our Data Services practice covers the full spectrum of data for AI: annotation, labelling, data preparation and custom dataset creation.

We also deliver custom AI solutions and localized AI products, including Munsit - our Arabic Voice AI platform deployed by governments, enterprises, and technology companies across the GCC.

This role is responsible for building and owning CNTXT AI’s enterprise revenue pipeline across both our Data Services and AI offerings.

The mandate is broad: large enterprise, financial services, telecom, and technology companies in the UAE and GCC that are investing in AI and need the ability to “localize” or customize AI in sovereign-compliant manner, and at scale.

The ideal candidate brings a strong rolodex of senior relationships across GCC enterprises, frontier labs, model builders and public sector along with a genuine understanding of how AI projects are scoped and funded, and the

This is not a relationship-maintenance role; it is a pipeline-building, door-opening, deal-closing position with aggressive targets from day one.

Own The Enterprise Pipeline

  • Build and own CNTXT AI’s enterprise pipeline across Data Services and AI from the ground up - using your existing network as the primary entry point.
  • Lead commercial conversations with large enterprise and public sector accounts, technology procurement teams, and digital transformation decision-makers.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder, complex procurement: Framework agreements, security and compliance reviews, legal negotiation, and vendor onboarding processes.
  • Deliver against revenue targets with clear, accurate pipeline and forecast reporting to the Commercial Director.

Sell Across The Full Portfolio

  • Position and sell CNTXT AI’s Data Services ( annotation, labelling, data preparation, custom dataset creation, and AI data operations) to enterprise and government clients building or scaling AI systems.
  • Sell AI offerings and solutions to accounts where deployment readiness, market gaps and integration make them the right fit.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities: accounts that begin with a data services engagement are often ready for an AI product conversation within the same cycle, and vice versa.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals that speak to the client’s AI maturity, data readiness gaps, and strategic objectives.
  • Leverage the Ecosystem
  • Activate relationships across the regional AI and technology ecosystem such as system integrators, cloud and platform vendors, government technology bodies, to access and influence target accounts.
  • Engage technology vendors whose clients regularly encounter data readiness problems ;including analytics platform vendors and enterprise AI solution providers as referral and co-sell partners.

Client Network And Market Access

  • Open doors at the decision-maker and influencer level across digital transformation, IT, data, procurement, and executive leadership across GCC.
  • Represent CNTXT AI in senior client meetings, partner discussions, and executive briefings.
  • Utilize existing networks at hyperscalers, conglomerates and resellers to reduce sales cycle.

Required

  • 8+ years of B2B enterprise or government sales in the UAE/GCC market, with a track record of closing complex, high-value contracts and 2+ years selling AI-oriented solutions.
  • Ability to function and find “wins” in non-linear structures and evolving situations.
  • An active, senior network across UAE/GCC government entities, large enterprise IT and digital transformation functions, or technology procurement teams.
  • The ability to understand and articulate how AI systems are built, why data quality and preparation matter, and where CNTXT’s services sit in a client’s AI investment.

Strongly Preferred

  • Direct experience selling to or working with regional AI and technology leaders such as G42, Presight, Injazat, or the GCC arms of global AI vendors (IBM, Accenture AI, Palantir, or equivalents).
  • Familiarity with how enterprises and governments in the GCC procure AI-related services: framework agreements, pilot-to-scale structures, and multi-vendor data supply arrangements.
  • Experience closing deals in verticals with high AI investment: public sectors and smart city initiatives, financial services, telecom, healthcare, or defence-adjacent sectors.

30 Days

Full fluency on CNTXT AI’s Data Services and AI portfolio.

Top 30 target accounts mapped with a clear entry hypothesis for each.

First 5-7 conversations initiated using the existing network.

90 Days

2 Data Services or AI deal signed or in final negotiation. 2–3 strategic PoCs or scoping engagements underway.

Active late-stage pipeline across at least 6–7 accounts.

12 Months

6+ enterprise contracts signed across Data Services and AI.

At least 2-3 anchor logos with ongoing or repeat engagement. $3.5M+ in revenue secured.
