Bringing together change, communications, learning, workforce, process, technology, financial, and operational perspectives into integrated implementation approaches. Advising leaders on organizational readiness, workforce impacts, risks, priorities, and trade-offs. Providing functional leadership to cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes without direct authority. Ensuring intended business and workforce outcomes are achieved and sustained. You will have the opportunity to help define how work evolves at BCLC by addressing some of the most important questions facing organizations today: How should AI and automation change the way work is performed? What skills will our workforce need in the future? How can we create capacity while improving employee experience? How do we design work, teams, and operating models that support long-term business success? This role offers broad enterprise exposure and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions that shape the future of our workforce.
