Role overview

Duties

• Monitor, coordinate, resolve, and document customer and internal staff incidents, tasks, and change requests.
• Provide remote and onsite hardware support for desktops, laptops, scanners, and peripherals.
• Provision devices for several state agencies.
• Manage asset inventory across the device lifecycle, including equipment surplus.
• Identify and document operational functions and work with business analysts on improvement opportunities.
• Provide quality customer service in a continuous-workload environment.

Minimum qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or a closely related field, or high school diploma and two years of current, progressive IT technical desktop-support-related experience.
• Candidates should be inquisitive, open to learning, observation, and feedback; organized; able to prioritize; and effective working independently and with a team.

Workplace

• Onsite in Minot, North Dakota; support may extend to surrounding areas.

Salary

• Structured salary range is USD 5,600–6,500 per month.
