Role overview

Architecture and solution delivery

• Manage implementation of architectural blueprints and compliance with architecture standards across technology domains.
• Create and communicate end-to-end blueprints and roadmaps guiding infrastructure, products, and services.
• Advise domain architects and decision-makers on initiatives and technology strategy.
• Guide solution architecture and development through go-live; align infrastructure with the overall architecture.
• Provide architecture governance through the project lifecycle and develop solution proposals with business stakeholders.

Capability, reporting, and team leadership

• Guide team members on best practices and communicate enterprise-wide issues.
• Define technical specifications for technology and application RFPs and moderate technical proposal evaluations.
• Review and approve accurate, timely reports in line with requirements and policies.
• Organize and supervise team work to ensure efficient delivery and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of IT architecture or relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Knowledge of banking IT architecture and banking operations and requirements.
• Experience translating business needs into IT systems and operations.
• Moderate communication skills; advanced negotiation, planning, and organizing skills.
• Advanced certifications are a plus.
