Overview
We are seeking a **high-caliber Enterprise Architect** to lead **infrastructure and Active Directory architecture strategy** for a large-scale banking transformation initiative.This role is ideal for candidates who have operated as **Chief Architect / Head of Architecture** within complex, regulated environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and execute **enterprise infrastructure architecture strategy**
- Lead **Active Directory transformation and migration architecture**
- Establish **architecture governance, standards, and frameworks**
- Drive **cloud, data center, and hybrid infrastructure design**
- Partner with executive stakeholders on **technology roadmap and investment decisions**
What We’re Looking For
- 15–25+ years in **enterprise architecture / infrastructure leadership**
- Strong expertise in:
- Active Directory & identity architecture
- Infrastructure modernization & migration
- Cloud & hybrid environments
- **Banking / financial services experience (mandatory)**
- Proven experience in **large-scale, multi-entity environments**
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background as **Chief Architect / Director / Head of Architecture**
- Experience across **GCC banking or national transformation programs**
- Exposure to **data platforms, governance, and regulatory frameworks**
- Pay: ﷼2,625.00 - ﷼3,375.00 per day
