Job Purpose
Design and oversee the organization’s ERP architecture to ensure it aligns with business goals, integrates seamlessly with existing systems, and supports scalability, performance, and data integrity.
The ERP Architect defines standards, guides implementation, and ensures the platform delivers efficient, reliable, and secure enterprise operations.
What You'll Do
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and principles
- Align IT strategy with business goals, ensuring scalability and long-term sustainability
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through structured architecture planning
- Establish governance for architecture decision-making and technology adoption
- Design end-to-end architecture across applications, data, infrastructure, and integration layers
- Ensure interoperability between ERP, core systems, and emerging platforms
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies aligned with business priorities
- Define cloud, data, and integration architecture strategies
- Provide architectural oversight for ERP implementations and enterprise systems
- Ensure seamless integration across platforms, APIs, and third-party solutions
- Define data flows, system dependencies, and integration standards
- Support system modernization and legacy transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data governance standards
- Identify technology risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Establish architecture review boards and approval processes
- Maintain documentation and audit-ready architecture artifacts
- Partner with executive leadership to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors
- Provide expert guidance on technology investments and prioritization
- Act as a key advisor on enterprise-wide system and architecture decisions
- What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (TOGAF, Zachman, AWS, Azure) preferred
- 10–15+ years of experience in IT, with significant exposure to enterprise architecture
- Proven experience in large-scale ERP implementations and system integration
- Strong background in multi-system environments and digital transformation programs
- Experience working across complex, multi-entity organizations
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks
- Deep understanding of ERP systems, integration patterns, and data architecture
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern architectures
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong business acumen with ability to align IT with strategic objectives
