About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified ENT Specialist to diagnose and treat disorders related to the ear, nose, and throat, as well as head and neck conditions.
The role includes both medical and minor surgical management, ensuring high-quality patient care and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage ENT conditions such as sinusitis, tonsillitis, hearing disorders, vertigo, allergies, and voice disorders
- Perform ENT procedures including nasal endoscopy, ear microsuction, cauterization, and minor surgical interventions
- Evaluate and manage hearing and balance disorders
- Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests (audiometry, tympanometry, endoscopy)
- Provide treatment plans for both acute and chronic ENT conditions
- Manage pediatric and adult ENT cases
- Educate patients on disease prevention, treatment options, and post-procedure care
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with DOH regulations
- Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety standards
- Collaborate with other specialists for multidisciplinary care
- Stay updated with the latest ENT techniques and technologies
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree
- Postgraduate qualification in ENT (MS / MD / DNB or equivalent)
- **Valid DOH License as Specialist ENT (or DOH Eligibility)**
- Minimum **3–5 years of relevant experience** in ENT practice
- Strong diagnostic and procedural skills
- Excellent communication and patient management abilities
- Arabic speaker preferred
- Must be stationed in Alain
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 24 per week
