About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a **qualified ENT Specialist with a valid DOH license** and **strong clinical experience in Abu Dhabi** to join our healthcare facility.
The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of ear, nose, throat, and head & neck conditions while ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage ENT-related conditions (ear, nose, throat, head & neck)
- Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and detailed medical histories
- Perform diagnostic procedures such as **nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, and audiometry**
- Treat conditions including:
- Sinusitis, allergic rhinitis
- Hearing loss, ear infections
- Tonsillitis, throat and voice disorders
- Perform minor ENT procedures and assist in surgical cases where required
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
- Ensure compliance with **DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) regulations**
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care
Qualifications & Requirements
- **MBBS + Specialization in ENT (Otolaryngology)**
- **Valid DOH License / DOH Eligibility is mandatory**
- **Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Abu Dhabi (UAE experience required)**
- Proven track record in handling both **adult and pediatric ENT cases**
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in **clinic/Day surgery or hospital setup in Abu Dhabi**
- Exposure to ENT procedures and minor surgeries
- Arabic-speaking candidates preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED40,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
