- The Role As Enrolled Nurse, you’ll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged with Clinical Care Managers and multidisciplinary teams,
What You’ll Do
Ensure safe, person‑centred, compliant care every day
Support the clinical governance, documentation, AN‑ACC , NQIP , risk & quality
Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services)
Manage budgets, workforce planning and resources
Support Better Together® and occupancy outcomes
About You
Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Residential Aged Care leadership experience
Strong communication and coaching capability
Desirable: Minimum of 2+ years ’ experience in Aged Care
