Engineering Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead equipment design and deployment projects to support capacity expansion, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction initiatives. Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, etc.) to ensure project success. Identify and implement process and equipment improvements to optimize manufacturing performance. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Analyze and address quality, process, and equipment-related issues, ensuring alignment with Product Quality Architecture and business standards. Standardize and replicate best practices in equipment design and deployment across operations. Represent the engineering function in meetings and discussions, contributing to strategy development and decision-making. Additional Information Travel Requirements : Approximately 10% or more, with occasional weekend/after-hours support for projects.
