As an Order-Taker (Engineering) Coordinator, you support seamless operation of the hotel's engineering department.
The role spreads the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
What You'll Do
- Support daily office operations: provide administrative support for the Engineering office in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Handle correspondence: manage incoming and outgoing mail and ensure prompt, professional communication with guests, owners, and corporate office.
- Support safety and compliance: report maintenance issues, hazards, or defective equipment, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Assist with special projects: provide administrative support for department initiatives and engineering-related projects.
- Maintain a professional work environment: keep personal and shared office areas clean, organized, and well-maintained.
