We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Engineering Manager to join our international team in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality projects and solutions
- Oversee engineering design, planning, execution, and project delivery activities
- Develop technical strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and technical risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
- Mentor and develop engineering talent to support team growth and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in engineering management or a senior engineering leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge and project management capabilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage
