Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance Manager based in Dubai, with flexibility to work remotely part of the time.
The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring the organization's financial health and compliance.
Responsibilities
include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, developing strategic financial initiatives, and managing financial risks.
Collaboration with various teams is essential to support decision-making and facilitate sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting, and compliance
- Experience with risk management and strategic financial planning
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with financial software and tools, such as ERP systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills to work with cross-functional teams
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are a plus
- Experience in technology or software development industries is advantageous
