About the Role
We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented
Engineering Manager
to join the pre-opening team at
Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay
.
Reporting to the
Director of Engineering
, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance and operational efficiency of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems, ensuring the resort s infrastructure operates to the highest standards of safety, comfort, and luxury.
What You Will Do
- Manage and supervise the daily activities of the engineering and maintenance team, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the property to ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs for guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, pools, and all critical systems (HVAC, MEP, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, fire life safety, and building codes.
- Respond swiftly to guest requests, maintenance issues, and emergency situations, minimizing downtime and service interruptions.
- Manage department budgets, monitor energy consumption, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Train, motivate, and develop the engineering team to uphold Four Seasons standards.
- Support pre-opening setup including equipment installation, system testing, and operational readiness.
