Duties
Lead all tendering and estimation activities for projects across Saudi Arabia:
Manage full tender cycle from receipt to submission.
Review ITT documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
Prepare detailed cost estimates systems.
Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations (Saudi Building Code, Civil Defense, SEC requirements).
Handle clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and negotiations with clients/consultants.
Review payment terms, LD clauses, retention, bonds, warranties, taxes, and variation clauses.
Evaluate contractual risks and recommend mitigation plans.
Support management during technical and commercial negotiations.
Coordinate with legal/commercial team for final contract review.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in electrical tender engineering
- MEP contracting experience is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering,
- Minimum 5+ years in Saudi tendering market.
- Familiarity with Etimad portal.
- Advanced Excel / ERP / AutoCAD / estimation software.
- Proven track record winning large-scale MEP projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience handling tenders for projects involving:
- ARAMCO,SECCO, NEOM,Red Sea Global,Diriyah Company,ROSHN,Government ministries
- Hospitals / Universities / Airports / Metro / Industrial Cities
- Arabic language is an advantage.
- Strong network with Saudi consultants, developers, and suppliers.
