Engineering Manager

Lead, coach and support a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Drive engineering excellence through modern software development practices, quality standards, testing strategies and CI/CD adoption.

Experience leading software engineering teams in an Agile environment from an Adtech, Retail Media OR Saas background

Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, architecture and cloud-native application development.

Ability to balance technical decision-making with business priorities and customer outcomes.

Proven capability to develop talent through coaching, mentoring and performance support.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.

Enjoy enabling engineers to do their best work and grow their careers.

Can successfully navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across teams and stakeholders.

Have experience supporting large-scale, customer-facing products in fast-paced environments.
