- Lead multiple Agile Scrum engineering teams delivering enterprise scale products
- Own the architecture, design, and delivery of cloud native microservices
- Drive end to end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget expectations are met
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, QA, and Release teams
- Define technical roadmaps and make key architectural decisions
- Promote engineering best practices, clean code, testing, CI/CD, and automation
- Mentor and grow engineering talent through coaching and technical leadership
- Drive performance, scalability, and reliability across platforms
- Ensure successful delivery of web and mobile applications
- Manage stakeholder communication and proactively resolve delivery risks
- Foster a high performance engineering culture focused on customer outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 12–15 years of software engineering experience
- 8+ years of hands on software development experience
- 4+ years leading engineering teams in an Engineering Manager or similar role
- Strong experience building cloud native applications and microservices
- Deep expertise in Java/J2EE, with experience in Node.js or Go being advantageous
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Domain Driven Design, and distributed systems
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Hands on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices
- Experience developing Java based web applications using MVC frameworks
- Experience delivering React Native, Android, and iOS applications
- Proven experience building high scale, high performance systems
