Engineering Manager (Area Lead) - Site Specific Design

Location

• We offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements. The successful candidate should expect regular travel to Rolls-Royce SMR offices, customer locations and project sites as required.

• We anticipate paying a salary of between £71,000 - £93,000 DOE plus:
• Bonus - Performance related target opportunity of 17%

• Selection Process
• The selection process is expected to include an initial discussion with the Talent Acquisition team, followed by formal interview stages with technical and leadership stakeholders.
• Security Clearance Requirements
• Due to the safety regulations within the nuclear industry, applicants will be required to participate in additional screening. These are:
• Obtaining Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
• Satisfactory completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
• Satisfactory completion of a basic financial probity check.
