The Engineering Excellence Program is a six-month intensive development journey bridging academic knowledge and real-world engineering practice.
The program uses hands-on experience and on-the-job learning to develop technical and problem-solving capabilities and expose participants to engineering career paths.
Program learning outcomes
- Gain hands-on engineering experience and apply engineering knowledge in practice.
- Develop technical analysis and problem-solving skills and gain exposure to real systems and operations.
- Build understanding of technical and business requirements while learning from experienced professionals.
Required qualifications
- Applicants must be recent graduates or have up to six months of work experience.
- Applicants must be eligible for the Tamheer Program and available full time.
- Good English proficiency and passion for technology and problem-solving are required.
Preferred majors
- Engineering disciplines are preferred, including Industrial Engineering for the Commercial Engineering track.
Responsibilities
- Apply academic engineering knowledge through hands-on experience and on-the-job learning.
