Engineering Coordinator (Saudi Only)

• To help keep everything running efficiently, we’re searching for a proactive and organized Engineering Coordinator to support our Engineering team in maintaining hotel operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly.

• A little taste of your day-to-day:
• Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
• Coordinating daily engineering and maintenance activities to ensure smooth hotel operations
• Assisting in preparing work schedules, maintenance logs, reports, and documentation
• Following up on preventive maintenance plans and tracking completion of work orders
• Coordinating with suppliers and contractors for maintenance-related requirements
• Monitoring inventory and maintaining records for engineering supplies and equipment
• Supporting the Engineering team with administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with hotel standards and safety procedures
• Maintaining effective communication between departments regarding maintenance requests and updates
• What We need from you:
• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Engineering, Administration, or related field
• 1 years’ related experience in engineering coordination, maintenance administration, or a similar role
• Good knowledge of maintenance operations and administrative procedures
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• You’ll be a team player, proactive, responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
