Abou Role

  • Prepare and execute well completion designs and stimulation plans in line with company standards and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement materials testing and selection processes to optimize well completion performance.
  • Analyse and evaluate well integrity data to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Lead the design and execution of stimulation operations to enhance well productivity.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address well completion and stimulation challenges.
  • Review and approve technical documentation related to well completion and stimulation projects.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of well completion and stimulation activities.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all operations.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve well completion and stimulation outcomes.
  • Manage contracts and liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct post-operation reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future performance.

Qualification & Experience

  • BSc. Engineering degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in well integrity assurance, well completion design, and stimulation operations for high-pressure, high-temperature wells.
