What you will do

  • Resolve technical issues escalated from L2 and prioritize work by ticket severity and workflow.
  • Meet issue SLAs, follow ticketing procedures, and escalate according to severity and resolution time.
  • Create complete technical tickets for R&D and share accurate site and product documentation with Client Service.
  • Support the development of technically capable client service managers and service engineers.
  • Track software and hardware reliability metrics by installation and develop failure-prediction and prevention frameworks.

What you will bring

  • B.Tech degree and 6 months to 2 years of experience in a 24/7 software support role.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix and SQL, plus experience or strong knowledge of Java, Python, and Shell.
  • Proven expertise in intralogistics and warehouse automation systems is mandatory.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts and overtime as needed.

Compensation

  • The stated pay range is $43.00–$67.00 CAD; no pay cadence is specified.

Work requirements

  • The role is explicitly on-site in Vancouver, British Columbia.
