Engineer, R&D Software Engineering

Design, develop, and maintain C#/.NET microservices and Angular-based front-end features .

Build and integrate RESTful APIs , write efficient SQL queries, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

Contribute to building and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS , including services such as EKS , following best practices for scalability and reliability.

Participate in technical discussions , contribute ideas, and help implement practical solutions that balance quality and delivery timelines.

Write unit and integration tests , support CI/CD workflows, and assist in troubleshooting production issues.

Collaborate with senior engineers to understand architectural decisions and implement features aligned with system design.

Maintain clear documentation for features, technical designs, and operational processes.

Use AI coding assistance tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine) to improve development efficiency and code quality.

Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and other teams to deliver high-quality software.

Participate actively in Agile or SAFe ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Proficiency in C#/.NET development and familiarity with Angular (modern versions) .

Exposure to AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.

Experience working with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines .

Working knowledge of SQL Server and database fundamentals.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Willingness to learn and adopt AI coding assistance tools in daily development workflows.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in an Agile team setup.

Exposure to microservices architecture .

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) .

Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare or finance.

Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks .
