  • What you'll be doing
  • Manage all phases of study delivery, including planning, setup, execution, monitoring, and closeout
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned studies, ensuring clear communication with clients and internal teams
  • Gather and document customer requirements and translate them into actionable project deliverables
  • Develop and maintain study documentation, monitor project milestones, and oversee study-related activities
  • Track project timelines, budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and scope changes to ensure successful delivery
  • Identify potential risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate concerns when appropriate
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Present study services and project updates during client meetings and internal discussions
  • Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and training of new team members
  • Maintain compliance with applicable processes, training requirements, quality standards, and documentation procedures

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 1–4 years of project management experience, preferably within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, contract research, clinical research, or healthcare environments
  • Understanding of the drug development process and clinical trial lifecycle
  • Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Project Management certification or willingness to pursue professional development in project management
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel up to 20% as business needs require
